JOBFair 2025
The job meeting of the Italian Schools of Excellence
JobFair was established in 2014 as an initiative of the Career Service of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, as an annual event of career day to create a link between the academic world and the job market. Since the first edition, the event had remarkable results and throughout the years it has been growing and expanding not only in the number of organizations and students involved but also from the institutional point of view. In 2015, Scuola Normale Superiore, IUSS Pavia, and IMT School joined JOBFair, which from 2017 onwards began involving all the six “Scuole Universitarie Superiori” (Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca, IUSS Pavia, SISSA from Trieste and Gran Sasso Science Institute from L’Aquila) and currently represents the first job meeting of the Italian Schools of excellence.
Starting in 2023, selected students from CCUM, Scuola Superiore di Catania, Scuola Galileiana di Studi Superiori, and RIASISSU (Rete Italiana degli Allievi delle Scuole e degli Istituti di Studi Superiori Universitari) were also invited to the event.
The 2024 JOBFair Edition represented and celebrated a significant milestone, i.e., the 10th Anniversary of the program, with 55 leading companies and NGOs from diverse sectors - from consulting to the high-tech industry - and approximately 150 students from the six Schools (Honor students of undergraduate, Master's and PhD programs) partaking in almost 900 one-to-one interviews.
Two appointments are planned in 2025: the Spring online edition on May 22nd and the Autumn onsite edition on October 22nd and 23rd.
